不良品、発送ミス等の場合は、受け取りから3日以内にメールにてご連絡ください。商品到着後3日を越えた作品については、どんな場合においても対応いたしかねます。
PCや携帯端末での閲覧という特性上、作品の画像が実際の色と異なる場合が有ります。

*There are traces of iron powder and pebbles (small holes), and uneven glaze, but this is not a defective product.

If the item is defective or there was a shipping error, please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving the item.
Under no circumstances will we be able to respond to works that are returned more than 3 days after the product arrives.
Due to the nature of viewing on a PC or mobile device, the color of the image may differ from the actual color.
Differences in color from the image will not be considered a reason for return.
